Booking policies and legal information.

1. Booking and Payment

To secure a booking with Live Morocco Travel, a deposit of 20% to 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of confirmation. The exact deposit amount depends on the specific tour and accommodations selected. The remaining balance is to be paid either upon arrival in Morocco (in cash) or via bank transfer prior to your arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the tour start date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date will forfeit the entire deposit.

3. Passports and Visas

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry) and any required visas for travel to Morocco. Live Morocco Travel is not liable for any disruptions or costs incurred due to improper travel documentation.

4. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage is strongly recommended for all travelers. Live Morocco Travel does not provide travel insurance and cannot be held liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of property during the tour.

5. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to adhere strictly to the agreed itinerary, Live Morocco Travel reserves the right to modify the route, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, road closures, or strikes) to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.
